About Me

About me
I am a graphic designer specializing in the fields of corporate identity & logo design, print design, branding, hand lettering and illustration with an, entree knowledge of web. I’ve been in the creative field for over forty years and my passion
for the arts and designing is not only a career for me It’s a force that continues to challenge my inner being.
I am an Illustrator and a designer that started my career and now also living in New York City from Washington DC. My professional career began in 1960 as a catalogue/package production studio manager. As my career in the graphic art field continue to grow; designing appeal to me more than the production art of design. But that informative knowledge of the production back end of design has given me as a designer the ability to carry my designs throughout its duration. That knowledge has afforded me opportunity to work at numerous design studios on staff and or as a freelancer. Here is a short list of some of the notable design companies I have work for either as a staffer or freelancer; Gannett / WUSA 9 Washington, DC; Rockwell Group; Fox News Channel; Lam Design; Woolf Associates; Colgate Palmolive Company; Coppertone, Inc.; Nascar Properties, Inc.; Arnell Group; HBO, Inc.; Heublien, Inc. Viacon, Inc.; Seagram Seven, Inc; SME Branding. When I joined as a Senior Designer SME Branding I created identities and built brands for both professional and collegiate sports teams and events. Today, I continue to provide conceptual services, as an illustration in various media, identity design, art direction and creative consultation to clients. While I now have a network of creative professionals I collaborate with on large projects, my business relationships remain intimate. Working closely with my clients allows me to customize each project to their specific needs.
